PRAWN & GINGER dim sum potstickers
Traditional thin dumpling dough filled with chicken, peanuts, and green onions. Simple pan fry, boil, or steam. (Halal)
Prawns, White pepper, Coriander, Egg white, Ginger and Garlic paste.
Gluten, Wheat and Shellfish.
Keep frozen at -15 degrees C or below. Do not defrost before cooking. Cook from frozen.
For best results use a non-stick pan. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan that has a tight-fitting lid. Place the frozen dumplings into the pan and brown the bottom. Add 100 ml of water and close the lid to steam. Allow to cook for 5-6 minutes or until the water has evaporated. Best served with our chilli oil, chopped spring onion and soy sauce.
